Preparation before equipment
(1) Unpack the package and check the attached certificate and the label on the slewing bearing to confirm that it is consistent with the selected model.
(2) Check the appearance carefully and admit that the slewing ring has not been seriously damaged during transportation, such as severe corrosion and deformation, and whether there are signs of soft belt and gear runout direction (when the gear is required to be quenched or the customer has special requirements).
(3) The equipment support shall have enough rigidity to prevent the slewing ring from working normally due to the insufficient support rigidity and deformation.
(4) It is necessary to clean and flat the plane of the equipment, and there shall be no iron filings, burr or other sundries. The plane of the equipment can meet the requirements of the following table (single volleyball type).
(5) The strength of the slewing bearing of the equipment shall be matched with the strength registration. Bolts and nuts shall meet the requirements of gb3098.1 and gb3098.2, and spring washer shall not be used.

(1) Hang the slewing bearing horizontally on the equipment support, and place the soft belt and blocking direction in the non load area, non frequent load area or light load area.
(2) Use a feeler gauge to check the contact between the slewing bearing plane and the equipment plane. If there is an open space, the material that can fill the open space should be selected to fill the open space, so as to prevent the slewing bearing from deformation after the bolts are tightened.
(3) The pre tightening force of equipment bolt should be satisfied, and the pre tightening force occurred on the bolt should be within the range of 0.6-0.7 times of the bolt yield point.
(4) Before the equipment bolts are tightened, it is necessary to adjust the meshing of the big and small gears, especially for the gear quenching products, to ensure that the runout point of the slewing bearing gear (marked with the green paint orientation) meets the requirements of the meshing of the pinion.
(5) The tightening of equipment bolts shall be conducted symmetrically in 180 ° direction.
After equipment
(1) After all bolts are tightened, all sundries between big and small gears, on and around slewing bearing shall be removed in time, and no interference with other parts shall be ensured during operation.
(2) Slowly rotate the slewing bearing for more than 3 weeks, and carefully check whether the operation is smooth, whether there is abnormal noise, pause phenomenon and whether the meshing of big and small gears is normal.
(3) It is not good to operate on or near the slewing bearing.
