The common noise of slewing ring includes dust sound and scar sound. There are two ways to deal with the noise of slewing ring as follows:
1. The noise caused by the smooth elements and Its Countermeasures: the insufficient of the smooth agent, the fault of the selection of the smoothing agent or the aging hardening can cause the vibration and noise of the slewing bearing, and there is no definite rule for this kind of noise. In this case, as long as the proper smoothing agent is selected, the smoothing dosage is adjusted, the service life of the smoothing agent is prolonged and the replacement period is reasonably determined.
2. Control method of scar sound: if there is crack, indentation or rust on the rolling surface of slewing bearing, periodic oscillation and noise like riveting rivets will occur. The period may be fixed, but most of them have a certain relationship with the rotating speed. The scar will occur on the groove, and the scar will appear on the steel ball from time to time. The noise will change with the device and smooth conditions 。 The bearing should not be knocked during installation. When the bearing is assembled with the shaft and then installed into the bearing seat, the bearing shall not be inclined; the bearing rust shall be avoided during storage and the impact vibration during transportation shall be avoided; the smooth grease with high viscosity shall be used.
3. The control method of dust sound: there are dust and other foreign matters in the rotary branch, which will cause non periodic oscillation. Dust sound is the uncertainty of the size of vibration and noise, with or without. The cleaning method of slewing bearing should be changed. Before installation, the bearing, shaft, seat hole and matching parts should be strictly cleaned; the foreign matters in the smoothing agent should be removed; the sealing of bearing should be changed; the use of plastic cages with impure materials or embedded foreign matters should be avoided.
4. The noise related to the main engine and Its Countermeasures: this kind of noise is not simply caused by bearings, so it is invalid to find out the causes only from the bearing. Attention should be paid to the main engine, and the performance of the main engine should be improved if necessary. This paper mainly describes the common beep and frame resonance sound in the motor. Motor buzzer and its countermeasures, axial vibration of motor shaft will cause a lot of high-frequency noise - beep, its frequency is the same as the axial vibration frequency, so it can be changed or not. The method to avoid beeping is the same as that of axial oscillation. The resonance sound of bearing frame and its countermeasures when the axial natural vibration of the bearing frame is caused by the axial natural vibration of the outer ring mass, a kind of noise called resonance sound will occur. Adding preload can improve the axial natural frequency of the outer ring mass system, destroy the resonance condition and reduce the noise.
